Dr. Robinson was referred by my primary care provider after 2 previous neurological opinions yielded no results or treatment options. At least now we have choices for treatment and we’ll see how it goes instead of being told “the resurrection will be good for you” by previous neurologist.

I had 2 surgeries in 20 days with Dr. Pearson. One on my cervical spine and one on my lumbar spine. The hospital is wonderful with very caring and attentive staff. Dr Pearson did a great job with relieving my symptoms, and the pain was minimal! My recovery was very smooth, with no complications. I recommend this doctor to anyone!

Dr. Pearson is a wonderful surgeon - who has operated on me 4 times since 2015--to fix various problems. After each surgery, I have found relief from the pre- surgical problem. Dr. Pearson is conservative-- and explores all other options before considering surgery as a last resort. He is kind, thoughtful and listens to all of my questions and concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Pearson for any surgical needs you might have.

On Thursday 11-6-2025 I had an appointment with Dr. Pearson at 1045 it was about 1115 when I got called back45 minutes later my pain medicine had wore off and my sciatica nerve was causing me pain ,so I went to ask the nurse if she could find Dr. Pearson tell him my medication was wearing off and I needed him ,she said she was busy, a few minutes later Dr. Pearson came in and said I don't appreciate you being disrespectful to my staff. I said I wasn't I'm in a lot of pain and you were taking g so long to see me,he said I don't think you need to come here anymore ,he wasn't even concerned about the pain i was in,I guess there's no more money to be made off of Phillip so it's time to get rid of me. For a year and a half he and American imaging made a lot of money off me ,I just wanted him to help me get better,I'm very hurt that he did this to me ,I didn't deserve that,nobody does,I lay down at night and hope I don't wake up,because of the pain,I have no more hope ,what do I do now ?I'm 68 years old . And I've run out of hope and options

I am a new patient of Dr. Robinson and I am very pleased with my initial visit. He explained what the issue is and how we can best treat it, thoroughly explaining how the procedure is done and how it affects me.

Dr Pearson is an amazing doctor & surgeon. He has wonderful support staff! He likes to do less invasive treatments when possible but my 2 surgeries/ fusions were past that point & surgery was the only options. He also believes in walking, Physical Therapy & Massage Therapy before &/or after surgery to help with the recovery process. Dr Pearson has a wonderful beside manner. I am very blessed & thankful to call him my doctor/surgeon.

Waited 2 1/2 hours to see a doctor for 10 min. When he did come in the room was in the wrong patient room thought he had just seen me in March when in fact had been 15 years. Staff answering the phone is not helpful at all. I was lost and GPS was taking me in circles called the office and was told your GPS will bring you here! Will not go back. I have raved about Dr. Robinson for 15 years but that stopped after my experience at his office!

Absolutely the best surgeon out there. And one heck of a great guy as well. A+ all the way around!! I only wish I had found him for my first surgery.

Dr. Pearson has been on my husband's team of doctors since 2012, when he had his 1st brain surgery, for what looked initially like a benign tumor, Stage 1, or 2 Oligodendroglioma, however once it was sent off for biopsy, it came bk. as a malignant Stage 3. Dr. Pearson has performed 4 brain surgeries on my husband total, & we are so thankful to have him! We love him & his staff, & highly recommend them to anyone needing brain, or spinal surgery!

I read through some of the praise given to Dr. Blake Pearson and feel that I must contribute to it. I had been suffering tremendously with neck pain for several weeks and had been referred to Dr. Pearson after physicians in my hometown could not find the cause. Dr. Pearson was forthright in telling me that he had expected to see me in a wheelchair after he reviewed my "pictures". He would do surgery the next day he was in surgery, the following Monday. He even allowed me to call a relative while I was in his office and took time to speak to her about the seriousness of my condition. Can you believe that? We arrived at our motel on Sunday. Someone had called my home to try to learn at which motel I was staying. The number left was Alabama Neurological. The pre-approval had not come through, but Dr. Pearson was so dedicated to his patient, that he used another avenue. I learned later that he arranged with the hospital for an early surgery time, and changed his own schedule to accomodate my condition. My experience with Dr. Robert Robinson was exceptional. Dr. Robinson performed a complete reconstruction of my lower back, replacing all the hardware at the lumbar spine levels L-1 through L-5. Dr. Pearson did a lower lumbar fusion plus corrected scoliosis and stenosis. I was able to regain lost height and get right shoulder and hip in alignment. My 6 week checkup was excellent. And there’s Dr Robinson— so warm and understanding— lets you explain then ask questions after he gives the details of your scans. Explains options and probable outcomes. Then to surgery scheduling , usually Sonny, oh so sweet and accommodating to your time frames. Dr Robinson is an excellent surgeon. He is kind, listens and explains the procedure in detail.

My husband had been in back pain for a several years. He had fell out of a tree stand and had crushed some of his lower vertebrate. Saw someone about it shortly after the accident and was told that if he had surgery it would have to be done again in about 3 years. So we waited several more years. Finally in 2021 we found Dr Pearson, he said he could relieve some of the pain by scrapping off some of the arthritis. It helped for about 3years. We went back to see Dr Pearson about doing anything else. Dr Pearson said he could help Him by fussing some of the vertebra together. While he was doing the surgery he found a large spear that was pressing on some nerves, and removed it and completed surgery. My husband has been relieved of 99% of his pain in his lower back. Finding Dr Pearson and praying for help with my husband pain was meant to be at this time. Thank you Dr Pearson

As a senior citizen with disc disease, having undergone multiple spinal surgeries, I can say, based on experience, that Dr. Robinson is an extraordinarily gifted surgeon. He is also a kind and honorable person. Recommend wholeheartedly.

The office is very accessible, on the first floor and parking is very close. I didn’t have to wait but a few minutes before the receptionist called me and was nice and friendly. I was very impressed that Dr. Robinson gave me some options when he told me what was going on with my back and what he needed to do. Then the ladies that set up all the appointments before my surgery, were very efficient. Even though they told me about several following appointments, which I knew I would not remember, when I got home and looked at all my papers, everything was so clearly written down, the dates and times were underlined and were so easy to follow on my appointment card. Dr.Pearson is a great doctor, I had surgery 6 weeks ago on my low spine, I feel like I did years ago, I would use him again, totally trust his opinion!

Office staff should tell people to put the "suite 150" in GPS the 1st time they call for directions. Not an hour later. Very helpful once at the office. Dr Kuhn was knowledgeable and had reviewed my x-rays. She answered all my questions.
