It is hard to get in to see Dr. Robinson, and usually it takes at least a couple of months to get an appointment. But once you do get with him, he takes the time to thoroughly review your problem, explain your options and answer your questions. He is extremely knowledgeable and lives up to his reputation. I don't know that he is set up to deal with cases of acute non-emergency spinal issues involving serious pain because of the delay involved, but he would be my choice for chronic situations. And if I had a serious back injury that required immediate attention, I would prefer his care. Not sure how he handles those situations from a scheduling standpoint. His office staff and support personnel are also very good. My main criticism is that getting in touch with them was a problem for me. The messaging system was less than ideal, and calls were not returned within a reasonable amount of time. This is a busy practice, and there is a good reason for that-- their doctors are first class.
Still, they could do a better job on the front end.
